Question 1:

Do I need a lot of money to purchase a plot?
No, normaly the real-estate market is one in which millions of dollars/euros are involved. To purchase a piece of land is already possible from as little as euros 7,500,-, depending on the project.

Question 2:

Do I get a fixed return on investment?
These kind of investments are no to compare with a savings account. Real estate is normally a middle to long turn investment (3-15 years). Your return on investment depends on when you sell and to what price. Although through experience and expectations we can give you our vision of the result. It is for us impossible to give any fixed guarantee whatsoever. But this is also the exiting part of the game.

Question 3:

Has the land I buy already planning permission?
The moment you buy land there are no building possibilities (yet). But that is of course the idea of land banking; buying land before project developpers or communities could get interested in your land. The moment you buy land it is most of the times agricultural or green field land. Interesting part is that you pay the price of what is possible now.
The expectations are that this can change within a certain period of time.

Question 4:

Is green field land not protected?
Sometimes, but we do not sell protected green fields. And even if we would, as Holland is one of the most densed countries in the world consessions are to be made all the time.

Question 5:

Who will/can sell my land in the future?
As you are the legal owner you can sell your land to anyone. However, as soon as you have bought a piece of land we will keep it in our register to re-sell it in the future. The question of ask and demand forces us to do so.

Question 6:

Can I visit my own land?
Of course, if you would like to visit your own land we would be glad to show you the way.  You can also download Google Earth for free: http://earth.google.com/download-earth.html and check the site while you are sitting behind your computer.

Question 7:

Do you develop the land youselves?
It depends, sometimes we develop it ourselves, with or without help of project developpers, sometimes the community /province/state is anxious to develop it in the future.

Question 8:

What if they want to buy my land?
As you are registered at the Land Registry (Kadaster). They are obligated to contact the legal owner in case of buy-out. Whether you live in Siberia or California.
